Copper Oak Estate is a thoughtfully designed residential home in Centennial Hills that balances everyday comfort with refined architectural detail. The window and door package by Raven Doors & Windows was curated to maximize natural light, promote ventilation, and maintain a clean, cohesive aesthetic throughout the home.

A consistent rhythm of casement windows with retractable screens is used across living spaces and bedrooms, allowing fresh air to flow freely while preserving unobstructed views when the screens are not in use. These operable windows are paired with fixed windows to introduce steady daylight and architectural balance, particularly in private areas such as bathrooms, garages, and secondary spaces.

In the master suite, a combination of casement and fixed windows creates a layered lighting effect—supporting both ventilation and serene, light-filled mornings. The dining and media rooms benefit from large fixed glass panels that enhance openness while keeping sightlines clean and uninterrupted.

The living room features a three-track, three-panel sliding glass door, recommended for its ability to create a wide opening while maintaining a streamlined footprint. This configuration supports seamless indoor–outdoor living, allowing the exterior to feel like a natural extension of the interior space. In the primary bedroom, a single in-swing door with tempered glass provides direct exterior access while maintaining privacy and security.
