Obsidian Estate is a modern residential home in Summerlin that emphasizes clean lines, privacy, and seamless indoor–outdoor living through intentional use of custom glass. Raven Doors & Windows provided a minimal yet impactful window and door package designed to support both relaxation and performance in the Las Vegas desert climate.

In the primary suite, custom fixed windows were installed to introduce soft, consistent natural light while maintaining privacy—an essential balance for rest-focused spaces. These fixed units frame exterior views without visual clutter, reinforcing the home’s modern architectural language.

The master bedroom also features a three-track, three-panel sliding glass door, creating a direct connection to the outdoors. This configuration allows wide openings when desired, supporting ventilation and indoor–outdoor flow, while still offering the ability to fully close and condition the space efficiently. Clean sightlines and large glass panels make the exterior feel like an extension of the interior.

In the steam shower, a fixed window was carefully selected and custom sized to allow daylight to enter the space without compromising privacy or moisture performance. All glass used throughout the home is tempered safety glass, standard on every Raven product, ensuring durability and long-term peace of mind.
