Willowstone

Willowstone Estate is a light-driven luxury residence in Summerlin where architecture and landscape are intentionally connected through expansive glass openings. Raven Doors & Windows provided a comprehensive window and door package designed to enhance indoor–outdoor living while maintaining strong thermal performance suited for the Las Vegas climate.

The courtyard serves as the heart of the home, anchored by a standard sliding glass door in a three-panel, three-track pocketing configuration with a retractable screen. When fully open, the panels disappear into the wall, creating a seamless transition between interior living spaces and the courtyard—ideal for entertaining and everyday living. Additional standard sliding doors with locking screens support airflow while maintaining comfort and security.

Throughout the home, thermally broken casement doors are used in single, double, and French door configurations across the foyer, studies, upstairs hallway, and casita. These doors introduce architectural symmetry, refined detailing, and controlled natural light, reinforcing a cohesive design language across both primary and secondary spaces.

Window placements throughout Willowstone Estate rely on custom casement windows, selected for their clean profiles, ventilation capabilities, and ability to frame exterior views without visual interruption. Larger openings are complemented by standard sliding windows with screens, supporting cross-ventilation and indoor–outdoor connection while preserving energy efficiency.

All Raven products installed at Willowstone Estate are custom sized and include tempered safety glass as standard, delivering durability, comfort, and long-term performance for luxury desert living.
