1. Limited Lifetime Warranty on Installation

Raven Custom Glass Windows & Doors (hereinafter referred to as “Raven Custom Glass”) is proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on the installation of our windows and doors. This warranty ensures that our professional installation services are free from defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions for as long as you own your home.

Coverage:

Installation defects that impact the performance or operation of the windows and doors.
Issues related to the alignment, sealing, and securing of the windows and doors as a result of installation errors.
Exclusions:

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or alterations.
Issues arising from improper maintenance or failure to follow care instructions.
Natural wear and tear of installation materials over time.
2. 10-Year Warranty on Normal Wear and Tear for Products

Raven Custom Glass also offers a 10-year warranty on our windows and doors against normal wear and tear under regular use and conditions. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during the course of normal usage within the specified period.

Coverage:

Structural integrity of window frames, sashes, and door panels.
Seals, weatherstripping, and other components that impact the energy efficiency and performance of the product.
Glass against stress cracks, seal failures, and other defects not caused by external factors.
Exclusions:

Damage caused by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, or floods.
Issues resulting from improper installation, not performed by Raven Custom Glass.
Normal fading, discoloration, or wear of finishes and hardware over time.
Glass breakage not attributed to a manufacturing defect.
3. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact Raven Custom Glass Customer Service at contact@ravencustomglass.com within 30 days of discovering the defect.
Provide proof of purchase, including the date of installation and details of the product.
Allow a Raven Custom Glass representative to inspect the defect and determine eligibility under this warranty.
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Raven Custom Glass will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product. This may include parts, labor, and shipping costs as deemed necessary by Raven Custom Glass.

4. Limitations and Disclaimers

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
Raven Custom Glass reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice; however, any discontinued product will be replaced with a product of equal or greater value if a warranty claim is made.
This warranty is the exclusive warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Governing Law

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the product was purchased.
